Code of Standards

10 East is differentiated by our strong relationships between our investment partners, members, guests, and the 10 East team. We believe enduring relationships are built on reciprocity, integrity, transparency, and an unwavering adherence to high standards.
We appreciate all members adhering to the values laid out in the following Code of Standards:
  1. Discretion
    Our members include founders, partners, and portfolio managers from industry-leading investment firms. We expect the utmost discretion regarding all confidential information and conversations related to our offerings.
  2. Integrity
    Members are expected to commit to upholding the highest standards of personal and professional conduct.
  3. Promptness
    Members are expected to respond to capital calls and provide any necessary documentation ahead of any deadlines provided.
  4. No Solicitation
    Members are prohibited from engaging in sales pitches, advertising, or other forms of uninvited promotional activities at events.
  5. Member Referrals
    Our membership community is largely built through referrals from our personal networks. Members must only refer prospective individuals who they believe align with our stated Code of Standards.
If members of 10 East are found to be in violation of any of our values in the Code of Standards, we reserve the right to limit their attendance at future events, limit access to future investment opportunities, and/or revoke their membership status, among other potential actions.
